Hello and welcome to the Transfer News Podcast. I'm Archer, and it's Tuesday the third of February, two thousand and twenty-six, which means we've got a packed show for you today with all the latest moves, rumors, and deals swirling around the Premier League and beyond. Let's dive straight in.

We start with Everton striker Beto, who's attracted interest from Juventus. The Italian giants are keeping tabs on the forward as they look to strengthen their attacking options. David Moyes will be hoping to keep hold of his squad depth as Everton navigate what's been a challenging season.

Big news from Crystal Palace as Jean-Philippe Mateta has agreed a move to AC Milan. The striker has been a key player for Palace, and this represents a significant departure for Oliver Glasner's side. Mateta's goalscoring form has clearly caught the attention of Serie A clubs.

Staying with departures, Inter Milan want to take Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones on loan. The twenty-four year old has been part of Arne Slot's squad but may be looking for more regular first-team football. A loan move to Italy could be an interesting proposition for the young midfielder.

Juventus are certainly busy in the market, as they're also eyeing moves for Randal Kolo Muani and Joshua Zirkzee. The Old Lady are clearly looking to bolster their attacking ranks with multiple options being considered as they push for silverware.

Brighton have rejected an approach for captain Lewis Dunk. Fabian Hurzeler will be relieved to keep his defensive leader, who's been absolutely crucial to Brighton's solid performances this season. The Seagulls are making it clear that their key players aren't for sale.

Interestingly, before the Mateta to Milan move was agreed, Nottingham Forest made a thirty-five million pounds bid for the Crystal Palace striker. Sean Dyche's side were clearly keen to bring in the Frenchman, but it seems Milan have won the race for his signature.

Manchester City are keeping tabs on Trent Alexander-Arnold. Pep Guardiola's side are monitoring the Liverpool defender's situation, which will certainly raise eyebrows on both sides of Manchester. The England international remains one of the most sought-after right-backs in world football.

In a potential move that would shock many, Tottenham could pay five million pounds for Liverpool left-back Andy Robertson. Thomas Frank would be getting an experienced Scottish international who's won everything at Anfield. It's a relatively modest fee for a player of Robertson's quality and experience.

However, there's clarity on Alexander-Arnold's immediate future as there will be no Real Madrid exit for the Liverpool defender. Despite intense speculation linking him with a move to the Spanish capital, it appears he'll be staying put for now.

Mohamed Salah remains a prime target for the Saudi Pro League. The Egyptian superstar continues to be linked with a lucrative move to the Middle East, though Liverpool will be desperate to keep their talisman who remains one of the world's elite forwards.

Aston Villa are targeting Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Unai Emery is looking to add the midfielder to his squad, and the former Chelsea man could provide quality depth for Villa's push on multiple fronts this season.

Villa were also interested in Mateta before his Milan move materialized. It shows Unai Emery was looking at multiple striking options to strengthen his attacking lineup, though they've now missed out on the Palace forward.

Liverpool defender Ibrahima Konate's contract situation isn't settled yet. The French center-back's future remains unclear, and this is something Arne Slot will want resolved sooner rather than later given Konate's importance to the squad.

Chelsea are open to selling Enzo Fernandez. The Argentine midfielder, who joined for a British record fee, could be on his way out as Liam Rosenior looks to reshape his squad. It would be a remarkable turnaround for such a high-profile signing.

Chelsea are also making a move for Pape Jacquet. The Blues continue to be active in the transfer market as they look to add young talent to their already extensive squad.

Oliver Glasner is on Manchester United's radar. With Michael Carrick currently serving as interim manager at Old Trafford, the Crystal Palace boss is being considered as a potential permanent appointment. Glasner has impressed since arriving in the Premier League.

Atletico Madrid want Wolves midfielder Joao Gomes. The Brazilian has been excellent for Rob Edwards' side, and the Spanish club are clearly keen to bring him to La Liga. Wolves will be reluctant to lose such an important player mid-season.

Manchester City are making a move for Felipe Anderson. Pep Guardiola continues to strengthen his squad as City look to maintain their dominance both domestically and in Europe.

In what would be a surprise move, Everton are eyeing Arsenal defender Ben White. David Moyes is clearly looking to strengthen his backline, though prising White away from Mikel Arteta's title-chasing Arsenal side would be quite the coup.

Barcelona want Marcus Rashford to stay beyond his loan spell. The Manchester United forward has clearly impressed during his time in Spain, and the Catalan giants are keen to make the arrangement permanent.

Finally, Arsenal are monitoring Tino Livramento. Mikel Arteta is keeping tabs on the talented full-back as the Gunners look at defensive options for both now and the future.
