Hello everyone and welcome to the Transfer News Podcast: Injury & Suspension Update! I'm your host, Dave, your charming guide through all the bumps and bruises of the Premier League. You know what they say – some say football is a funny old game, I prefer to say it's a funny old game with a lot of bandages and ice packs! Anyway, strap in because we're diving head first into this week's injury and suspension news.

First up, AFC Bournemouth. The Cherries have one player out of action: Alex Scott. Unfortunately, Scott is sidelined with a knee injury and there's no word yet on when he'll be back showing his moves on the pitch. Bournemouth will surely miss his creativity in their upcoming fixtures, so it's a bit of a worry there.

Moving on to the red half of North London, Arsenal have the solid defender Ben White out of the squad. Ben is also struggling with a knee injury and it seems like he might be on the sidelines for a bit. This could be tricky for Arsenal as they aim to keep their defense tight in the coming weeks. Without White, they'll need to bolster their back line somehow!

Now over to Brentford, where Rico Henry's knee says, 'Not today!' He's ruled out indefinitely with his own knee injury as well. The Bees will need to navigate his absence carefully, especially given how crucial he is to both their defense and attack. Let's hope for a speedy recovery!

Heading further north to Liverpool, Federico Chiesa is out and it's classified as 'other' – a bit mysterious, right? Whatever the issue, it has got him sidelined. Liverpool fans will be eager for him to return, given his flair and impact. Let's hope the 'other' isn't anything too sinister and he's back dazzling Anfield soon!

Then, we swoop down to Leicester City. Issahaku Fatawu is facing time away from the field due to a knee injury. Leicester will be hoping to rally around and fill the void left by his absence. Managerial headaches all around, folks!

Now, I'd like to say there's a pattern to see here but maybe it's the football gods reminding us that knee pads should be in fashion! Jokes aside, plenty of clubs are feeling the strain, so it could definitely have an impact on the line-ups and strategies heading into the busy fixtures ahead.
