Welcome to Transfer News Podcast, I'm Archer, and we've got a packed Friday the seventh of February with some absolutely cracking stories to get through. From Bayern Munich eyeing up Marcus Rashford to some fascinating developments across the Premier League, let's dive straight in. Bayern Munich are reportedly considering a move for Manchester United's Marcus Rashford according to the papers. This could be exactly what Rashford needs to reignite his career after a difficult period at Old Trafford. I've always felt Bayern would be a perfect fit for his pace and directness in the Bundesliga. Meanwhile, Ruben Leon is set to complete his move to Manchester United. The young talent will bolster United's academy ranks as they continue their focus on developing future stars. In managerial news, Wolves chairman Jeff Shi has opened up about the decision to sack Gary O'Neil. The timing was certainly surprising given O'Neil's previous good work at the club, but results this season have been disappointing. Oxford United have signed midfielder De Keersmaecker to strengthen their squad. The Championship side will be hoping he can add some creativity to their midfield as they look to climb the table. Derby County have re-signed free agent Andreas Weimann, bringing back a familiar face to Pride Park. It's always nice to see players return to clubs where they've had success before, and Weimann knows exactly what Derby expect from him. Kenny Tete has chosen Fulham over Everton for his next move. Fulham's project under Marco Silva continues to attract quality players, and Tete will add experience to their defensive options. In women's football news, Tottenham Women are set to appoint Robert Ho in a coaching capacity. The club continues to invest in their women's team infrastructure, which is encouraging to see. Ansu Fati has joined AS Monaco from Barcelona on what's likely to be a loan deal. The young winger desperately needs regular playing time to fulfill his enormous potential after injuries have hampered his progress. Antoine Semenyo has signed a new contract with Bournemouth, rewarding his excellent form this season. The Ghanaian winger has been one of Bournemouth's standout performers and fully deserves this new deal. Finally, Benjamin Sesko's talks with Arsenal are reportedly at a standstill. The Slovenian striker remains one of Europe's most sought-after young talents, so this could be a missed opportunity for the Gunners if they can't get a deal over the line.
